Online Service Appointment Scheduling



Scheduling your next automotive service appointment with our Heritage Toyota Service Center is quick and easy with online service appointment scheduling.

New Users

If this is your first time using the online service appointment scheduling tool with Heritage Toyota,  please create a new user account under the Let's Get Started section found on the Schedule Service Appointment page. Navigate to the page by clicking on the Schedule Service Appointment link seen at right-side of page.


Existing Users

If you have already created an account for online service appointment scheduling with Heritage Toyota, please log into your existing account. Click on Schedule Service Appointment at right of page to sign in to your account.

Please pay close attention to any instructions when creating your new account and logging onto your existing account to schedule your next service appointment yourself. Make sure to completely answer each question to the best of your knowledge. Some form fields may reside below the web page fold therefore please scroll down to the bottom of the form and verify all form fields are completed.




Check Service Status

Heritage Toyota Service customers may check a vehicle's repair status as service progresses from check-in through completion. After dropping off your vehicle for service, you may periodically check on the status of your vehicle using any of the three accepted methods. It is recommended that you stay informed as to your vehicle's  progress to learn when it is ready for payment and pickup.

  1. Your email address and password (used when initially creating your account)
  2. Service Tag (number on tag commonly found hanging from your rear view mirror)
  3. Repair Order (number on document provided by your Service Adviser upon vehicle drop-off)
