	The H-TEAM is a crack unit of service and support staff comprising customer-minded fixed operations experts. These experts currently represent Heritage Automotive Service & Parts, Auto-shine & Collision Centers.
	Mr. Paul Machavern - The Leader Once a CEO for an international corporation, it is rumored that a Paul left busines to start a Cold War revolutionary movement in Central America which anchored democracy and held back the spread of Communism. Today Paul Machavern enjoys spending his time playing golf, orchastrating classical music and smoking fine cigars when he's not orchastrating The H-TEAM from his headquarters at Heritage Automotive.
	Toby Tyler - The Brain Born to a family of geniuses Toby Tyler discovered the secrets of time travel at an early age. A brilliance for bio-chemistry and quantum mechanics, it is rumored that Toby Tyler has already developed all future automotive hybrid green technology humanly conceivable and then secretly leaks it into the public sector when commercially viable to mankind.
	Andrew Sansone - The Machine If you are ever walking and see a familiar face on a strange burly man and then find yourself asking, "How do I know that guy?" Well more often than not, you've seen Andrew Yes, Andrew likes attention as he likes his cars and repairing them at The H-TEAM. It is rumored that he is part man and part Ford Pinto. His acute reflexes and super-sensory perceptions a make for quick vehicle service turnaround for every customer. Andrew is so efficient at servicing vehicles that if ever you were to witness him at hard work. you'd often find him working between service lanes assisting in the jobs of the other service technicians in addition to his own job - And that's why when you hire The H-TEAM, your vehicle will be ready when you expect it.
	Charlie Hagar - The Muscle When Charlie is around in the service department, you can expect that rusted and fused parts in need of replacing won't become an obstacle. In the annals of H-TEAM lore, it is told that Charlie once challenged Atlas to a dead-lift contest and Charlie won. Now when all the service bays are full and no safe way to lift a vehicle off the pavement, Andrew and Toby call upon The Muscle.
